Informacja o wdrożeniu KSeF w Antalis Poland

Szanowni Państwo,

Zgodnie z ustawą zmieniającą ustawę o VAT z dnia 5 sierpnia 2025 r. oraz ustawą o KSeF (podpisaną przez Prezydenta 27 sierpnia 2025 r.), od 1 lutego 2026 r. Antalis Poland sp. z o.o. rozpocznie wystawianie faktur w Krajowym Systemie e-Faktur (KSeF).

Od 1 lutego 2026 r. wszystkie nasze faktury będą wystawiane w systemie KSeF, w formacie zgodnym z wzorem określonym przez Ministerstwo Finansów

Poniżej przedstawiamy najważniejsze informacje dotyczące faktur

• Od 1 lutego 2026 r. wszystkie nasze faktury będą wystawiane w systemie KSeF
• Format wystawianych faktur będzie zgodny z aktualnie obowiązującą strukturą, określoną przez Ministerstwo Finansów
• Zgodnie z przepisami, faktura wystawiona w KSeF jest uznawana za doręczoną w momencie nadania jej numeru identyfikującego w systemie KSeF, chyba że została przesłana w trybie awaryjnym poza KSeF.
• Faktury będą dostępne dla Państwa w KSeF po uwierzytelnieniu, za pośrednictwem aplikacji KSeF, e-Urzędu Skarbowego lub systemów zintegrowanych (np. ERP).

Obecnie Antalis Poland Sp. z o.o. dostosowuje systemy i procesy, aby zapewnić pełną zgodność z nowymi wymaganiami dotyczącymi wysyłki i odbioru e faktur.

Dear Customer,

In accordance with the Act amending the Value Added Tax (VAT) Act of August 5, 2025, and the National e-Invoice System (KSeF) Act (signed by the President on August 27, 2025), Antalis Poland sp. z o.o. will begin issuing invoices through the KSeF system on February 1, 2026.

Starting February 1, 2026, all Antalis Poland invoices will be issued through the KSeF system in a format that complies with the Ministry of Finance's specified template.

Please see below for important information regarding invoices.

• From February 1, 2026, all of our invoices will be issued in the KSeF system.
• The format of the invoices will be consistent with the current structure specified by the Ministry of Finance.
• In accordance with the regulations, an invoice issued in the KSeF system is considered delivered when it is assigned an identification number, unless it was sent in emergency mode outside the system.
• Invoices will be available to you in the KSeF system after authentication via the KSeF application, the e-Tax Office, or integrated systems (e.g., ERP).

Antalis Poland Sp. z o.o. is currently adapting its systems and processes to ensure full compliance with the new requirements for sending and receiving e-invoices.
