This new acquisition strengthens Antalis' commitment to a growing presence in the industrial and custom packaging sector, an important growth driver for the group. With Hein Verpackungen’s design and manufacturing expertise, Antalis expands its added-values services in Germany, Europe’s largest packaging market. The acquisition also aligns with Antalis’ sustainability strategy and environmental initiatives, adding a partner whose primary material (corrugated cardboard) are derived from recycled fibres and boasts a high recycling rate.
Hein Verpackungen is based in Lauterhofen, Bavaria, and has nearly 100 years of experience since its foundation in 1928. Employing 50 people and generating ca. €8 million in revenue in 2025, it serves clients across Germany and other European markets.
Renowned for its quality and reliability, Hein Verpackungen offers innovative packaging tailored to internationally leading corporations in the automotive, food and electronics sectors, combining high-quality printing with packaging materials expertise.
A driving force in sustainable packaging, the company manufactures from corrugated cardboard, a recyclable material made predominantly from wastepaper, achieving a recycling rate of almost 100%, establishing it as a leading partner for eco-designed packaging.
