Antalis Poland, wiodący dystrybutor papieru, opakowań i rozwiązań z zakresu komunikacji wizualnej, oferuje specjalistyczną usługę zarządzania zapasami (VMI) easystock™, opracowaną dla przedsiębiorstw z sektora dystrybucji papieru, komunikacji wizualnej i opakowań.

Using cutting-edge digital technology, Antalis’ innovative application automates repetitive order flows, optimises inventory levels of Antalis’ customers and therefore allows them to save precious time that can be directed to other production tasks.

An innovative stock management solution to answer all its customers’ needs

The concept is simple. The stock is managed by easystock™’s online software that is tailor-made for each and every client’s needs. Each inventory is stocked personally by the client, but the stock ultimately belongs to Antalis.

Easystock™ is designed to automate inventory management of frequently used items such as those ordered at least twice a month. A list of these most frequently used products is created, as well as maximum and minimum thresholds for each product according to the needs of the client. Once these variables are set, easystock™ is good to go!

The process can then be broken down into three steps:

  • Step 1: The client removes the items from inventory and inputs the amount taken on the website or the app by scanning the product’s bar code. The customer is only billed when the actual inventory is used.
  • Step 2: The amount taken is then recorded and inventory is updated in real time. When the inventory of a given item drops below the minimum threshold determined beforehand, easystock™ automatically triggers a shipment to replenish the stock to its maximum level. It all happens systematically with no waiting time, risk of error or intervention by employees.
  • Step 3: Once the client receives the shipment and stores it, all it takes is one click to confirm the receipt of the new items, and that’s it!

A ‘game changer’ for printing professionals and industrial packagers

Easystock™ simplifies the ordering process significantly by automatizing stock replenishment. Clients can therefore skip time consuming recurring tasks necessary to review their inventories and place orders.

The inventory optimization also means that there is less risk of running out of certain products and allows real-time visibility of stock levels to everyone, including sales teams, leading to an even faster response time. What’s more, invoices are based on recorded stock use.

Therefore, easystock™ saves valuable time and money, takes up less storage space, reduces risks of wastage and errors and has a dedicated support team available via telephone or email.

Already tried and tested with several clients, easystock™ has proven itself to be a real asset for professionals who wish to boost productivity and focus on more strategic tasks for their enterprise.
